Yoga Methven
Many people are nervous about trying Yoga. My classes are fully accepting, relaxed and non-judgemental. Nobody is watching you or judging your ability. We are all here to move, breathe, relax and feel great. That's it. :-)
Mondays 6:30-7:30pm @ Methven Memorial Centre
Term 3 - $75 for 5 classes or $20 Casual
Term 4 - 8 Week Block $120 or $20 Casual
Thursdays 9:15-10:15am @ Flow Studio Methven
Term 4 - 8 Class block $144. Casual $23
