Hosted by Nourish Natural Healthcare, this retreat blends movement, mindfulness and soul-nourishing practices across two nights and three days in the peaceful surroundings of Mt Hutt.

No experience needed. Just come as you are.

Retreat Details

Location: Mt Hutt Retreat, 437 Hart Road, Pudding Hill, Canterbury


Dates: Friday April 17th 5pm - Sunday April 19th 1pm. Lodge opens from 3pm to arrive and settle in with a cuppa or explore the area.

 

Accommodation:
Basic, school-camp style accommodation is provided.

If you prefer more luxury options, you are welcome to arrange nearby accommodation independently.

 

Pricing:

  • Shared Room — $395

  • Private Room — $495

 

Early Bird Pricing (until Feb 25th):

  • Shared Room — $375 

  • Private Room — $475 

 

Spaces are limited. Bookings are essential.

Meet Your Host — Lauren from Nourish Natural Healthcare

 

Nourish is led by Lauren, a qualified naturopath, nutritionist, yoga teacher and massage therapist.

Lauren blends natural healthcare therapies with mindful movement and nutrition guidance to support both physical and emotional wellbeing. Her holistic approach is woven through every element of the retreat, helping you move, breathe and feel your best. Throughout the weekend other teachers will be leading workshops and classes for all to enjoy.
