Nourish Women's Day Retreat
A day dedicated to simply enjoying. During busy days, we almost never take enough time for ourselves... time to recharge, to learn, to connect with ourselves or to relax.
This day is for you if you:

This day is nothing too fancy or woo woo.. it is just a collaboration of practices designed to fuel inspiration, calm the mind and nourish the body.
Sal Flewelling will be joining us to share some of her incredible wisdom with a Chinese Medicine workshop.
All food is homemade, simple, delicious and nutritious. Vegan and gluten free. No previous experience necessary, no pre-requisites and no pressure to do anything. If there are parts of the day that you don't want to do you are welcome to skip them or modify as you need.
From your teachers and hosts you can expect nothing but a warm, welcoming and supportive environment. All welcome.

Meet Your Host — Lauren from Nourish Natural Healthcare
Nourish is led by Lauren, a qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist, Yoga teacher and Massage therapist.
Lauren blends natural healthcare therapies with mindful movement and nutrition guidance to support both physical and emotional wellbeing. Her holistic approach is woven through every element of the retreat, helping you move, breathe and feel your best.
