Join Lauren Wilding to explore a variety of techniques which will help you dissolve tension, feel relaxed and sleep well. It is our nervous system which governs how we sleep, our energy, how we cope with stress and how we feel. This workshop will include movements, breathwork, relaxation techniques and nutrition advice, which are all incredibly effective at calming the nervous system. A well balanced nervous system means: - Waking energised - Feeling calm throughout the day - Being able to think clearly - Dealing with stressors without being affected mentally or physically - Not worrying excessively - No feeling of overwhelm - Being able to fall asleep easily - Staying asleep throughout the night Our nervous system governs many other body systems, affecting other areas of health including: - Weight management (chronic stress causes fat storage) - Brain function - Digestive health - Immunity - Mental health - Reproduction If any of this sounds familiar, come along and experience a deep sense of calm, leaving with simple techniques which can prevent anxiety and insomnia - and be effective treatments in the moment if needed.
